How To Increase YouTube Views & Followers

How To Increase On YouTube Views And Followers

If you're struggling to get readers on Youtube for your station or would just like more views for your videos, then allow me to reveal the way I heard from other peoples mistakes and applied it for my Youtube station, with spectacular results.

As I heard more about the way Youtube functions and watched other folks channels and videos. I soon started to understand that I could make adjustments to what I used to do this may boost my daily stats.

And I'm not discussing complicated things here, I suggest simple changes that it is possible to adopt instantly that can make a difference to how many views you receive and also an increase in readers.

I now regularly get over 600 daily viewpoints to my channel and more frequently than not involving 700 - 1,100 viewpoints.

1. Chose A Theme For Your Channel/Videos And Stick To It

If you would like to attract more subscribers you want to get a captive audience that are interested in your favorite topic. When you've got a channel littered with videos that are unrelated, people aren't going to want to subscribe as your movies are too random.

For Example : The station might have the following videos recorded...

"Our Picnic On The Beach"

Somebody looking for Model Steam Engines may stumble across your video and go to your channel, but once they have watched your video, they're not going to be more considering video game reviews, because that's not what they want to know more about.

Plus if they really do locate your video design steam engines, but then notice all of your other videos are not related. They might just assume that you do not know a great deal about model steam engines rather than even watch your movie in any respect.

And unless they are very interested, why do they even bother or be curious about what you got up to with a picnic on the beach... They're Just Not !

So, if your subject of interest is Model Steam Engines, base all of your videos along with the appearance of your channel around Model Steam Engines.

This looks much more attractive to your Model Steam Engine enthusiast, searching for information or tutorial movies :

"The Best Way To Restore A Model Steam Engine"
"Issues With Steam Boilers - A Beginners Guide"
"Visit To Local Model Steam Fayre"

Can you see the difference ?

This time should they go to your station, they'll think "This person seems to understand somewhat about model steam engines" and watch all of your other related videos they will no doubt be more interested in and more inclined to see.

Instead of seeing one of the videos that they may wind up watch three or two. And if they like what they see, they'll probably Subscribe

2. Make Sure Your Videos Are Great Quality

Now this does not mean you have to go outside and purchase a really expensive, top of the range HD camcorder. It simply means take a bit of time to think of exactly how you are going to shoot your movie, is it obvious what your video is about, is the film in attention, will you see clearly what's happening.

When I first started watching other folks movies, I couldn't believe how awful a number of the camera function was.

A few of the most off putting things I have seen are :

(a) People actually playing around with focus or getting the subject in frame, fumbling with tripods (If they even have one), until they start discussing the subject of the video.

The majority of folks will have bored or frustrated and gone to search for a better movie. You have more than likely done this yourself when looking for a movie on Youtube views.

Nothing worse than seeing a video in which the volume level is really low, you can hardly hear what they're saying, even once you turn your pc volume up.

Straight away your viewer will prevent your movie and hunt for a better yet... Subscriber Lost !

So be sure the volume settings in your camera or camcorder are all correct. I shoot a brief 5-10sec test clip at the location I'm shooting the movie, play it back on my own camera and be sure the volume is fine, I am in shot along with its in focus. Then I go ahead and shoot the main video.

3. Do Not Let Your Videos Drag On For Too Long

There is nothing worse than sitting through a 15-30min movie that goes on and on, with precisely the exact same subject in shot. Keep the individual clips of your movie short and transition each clip, changing camera angles or points of attention. Maintain your audience wondering what you are likely to do or say.

There's nothing wrong with a more video, but make it interesting and don't have all of your videos on your own station of this span. Have shorter, speedy watch movies that capture interest and maybe lead into other associated, longer videos.

Some individuals like to get an intro to all their movies, accompanied with music, collection of photos, text, videos etc.. And in some cases that is fine. But when these intros are 2 - 5mins lengthy, you get somewhat bored. And you skip through the video till you get to the intriguing bit or don't even see the video in any way.

DON'T TAKE THE RISK !

You don't want anything about your movie that is going to put people off viewing it. I've a small intro on all my videos, but it's simply my station symbol that flashes up for a few seconds then moves onto the main area of the movie, using a simple title of exactly what the video is all about.

4. Upload Regular Videos For Your Channel

When a viewer watches one of the videos, then visits your station and finds that was the only video you've got, they are not likely to sign up. But if they visit your channel and you've got 5 additional associated videos, they may choose to subscribe and go back to your channel at a subsequent date and see your videos.

And by the time they return, you might have uploaded even more movies and they'll observe that you regularly upload content that is new.

When you do upload new content your readers will see your videos appearing in their contributor list. They are always being reminded of your presence on Youtube followers and will start to actually watch out on your next video, especially if you're uploading very good quality, intriguing videos.

5. Take Advantage of The Title, Description & Tag Boxes

When you upload your video, be sure to fill out the title and description boxes. So many times I click on a video and there is no description in the box or your title just says 024567.WAV or even 02-10-10. JPEG

This informs your viewer nothing whatsoever about your movie and what they can expect to watch. Stimulate their attention, ensuring that they see the entire YouTube video likes.

6. Always Respond To Any Remarks

Its very exciting once you get your very first comment on a few of your movies, particularly if it is a favorable one. But don't just read the comment and dismiss it. Make sure that you reply to the remark, thanking your audience for anything they've said.

Perhaps even subscribe to their station and mention that on your own reply. The person watching your video might not have subscribed to your station. But if they see you have taken time to answer back AND subscribed for their own channel, they're more likely to return the favor.

And whatever you do, don't answer to some bad remarks or dislikes with mad remarks. I simply thank them for their comment and perhaps mention that the content of my video is not for everyone... Or words along those lines. You WILL get negative comments and dislikes, simply anticipate them, but do not worry about these.
